1816 Half Penny Token ~ The Illustrious Wellington

Description

Made of copper, this 26.6 mm token was struck in New York, USA after 1825 and imported to Canada via Kingston.  It was antedated to 1816 to evade import regulations.  This token is the ten string harp variation and features a reeded edge.
