Vinyl record and double cd are still sealed. I just opened the box set to verify and take pictures of contents. Vinyl is believed to be plain black. The cassette tape was never sealed. The picture is autographed by Amy Lee in silver marker and is hand numbered 219/500. This bundle was ordered through Revolver Magazine and is now sold out.
