: This beautiful covered butter dish is from Germany’s master porcelain maker Hutschenreuther, which has been producing exquisite china since it was founded in 1814.
Design
: Elegant, classic and extremely versatile, this dish features a simple design of pure white high quality porcelain trimmed with a thin gold chevron band. No other style elements complicate the pattern, meaning it would complement many other designs by Hutschenreuther or other quality makers.
Size
: The dish is about 4 inches tall. The lid is 3 inches tall and 5 1/4 inches wide. The drainer is 4 1/4 inches wide. The base is 7 1/8 inches wide and 1 inch tall.
The three pieces together weigh 1 pound 3 ounces.
Condition
: They are all in excellent condition with no marks, nicks, chips, cracks, scratches, stains or repairs. There is minor wear to the gold handle.
