-Cracked cases may occur during transit and these arrived already cracked. Orders will be sent with the booklet and cd only. Unless you specifically request a case in which case it may be cracked and this is NOT a reason for me to accept a return. Cases most likely will be cracked but the signed booklets are in mint conditio.
