    Description

    Offered is a 'Victoria Nobis Est' token from the 1820s, circulated in Lower Canada, CH#LC-49A2. This example shows no sign of being overstruck on a Guppy 1/2d, and as such, is the scarcer of the two varieties of this type. Although circulated, this piece bears good detail, as well as a rich, original patina. Please see photos for grade and details.
