When you get the sim card, send me an eBay message with your sim card number and zip code and I will activate it.
Only a nano sim card is shipped, not a sim kit! Clarification: I will ONLY send triple-cut sim cards or full sim kits when I am out of my normal nano sim cards. That means 99% of the time you will receive a simple nano sim card and a piece of paper with the sim card number on it.
Upon activation you get 30 days of service on Simple Mobile's plan! This plan is applied in 30 day increments. Plan features explained below.
My special pricing includes sim card, taxes (specifically service taxes such as E911) and fees, shipping and service! All inclusive!
Only new numbers are able to be generated.
No number transfers from other companies and this cannot be used as a plan refill. If you are already a Simple Mobile customer you must discard your old sim and use my new sim with a new number. You cannot use any of your sim cards, I can only activate my sim cards.
I am not able to assign exact area codes. The area code is picked randomly by the system based on the zip code you provide.
Sim cards are nano-sized and fit almost all new model phones. This sim card is not compatible with phones that take micro or standard sim cards.
These numbers are ineligible to be ported for the first 90 days; after that they can be transferred to another carrier. You will lose all service days that have not been used.

Activation & After:
Place the sim card inside your T-Mobile device, Simple Mobile device or carrier unlocked device. This sim card will not work for other carrier specific phones that are not unlocked. Additionally the phone must not be in lost/stolen/blacklisted mode. It is your responsibility to determine if your phone is compatible with this service before purchasing
(for example, as an analogy I am simply selling you fuel, the functionality of your car is your responsibility!).

Return Policy:
An unopened, unactivated sim card can be returned for a full refund. Once a sim card has been activated, that means I have made a payment on your behalf to Simple Mobile and since they do not rollback activations or refund money, I cannot refund you. After activation, sale is final, no refunds. Technical issues such as connectivity and compatibility issues, signal strength and loss etc must be addressed to Simple Mobile since I am only a point of sale and do not have the tools to troubleshoot existing service.
I cannot stress this enough; if you use any source other than me for this activation (Simple Mobile customer service, or a local retail store, or attempt the activation on the Simple Mobile website etc), I will be unable to activate it (since it will already be in active-pending payment status at that point). There will be no refunds in this situation. I get commission for successful activations and kick back a portion of that commission to you; if I cannot activate it I get no commission. At that point you will need to contact Simple Mobile and make a payment at the full retail price to complete the activation you started with them.
