No monthly fee.
Status: Gold Rewards, Grandfathered
Legacy Pay As You Go Plan: Talk and Text, no Data
Since the legacy prepaid account has Gold Rewards status, you can apply as little as refill per year by the expiration date, and all unused minutes will be extended for another whole year.  No monthly fee.
SIM Card has existing area code (626), but you can call T-Mobile Customer Service at (877) 778-2106 to change to your preferred area code.
Phone is not included.  SIM card will work with any T-Mobile or unlocked GSM phone.
SIM Card and account PIN will be mailed with tracking within 2 business days after payment received.
