Newly restored, clean, good floor, good roof, no leaks good tires, new Jack, louvered windows, fresh paint inside and outside, includes leveling jacks, no title but sold with bill of sale. Built in the sixties. Does not have a bathroom. Wiring needs to be redone if you want the electricity. I just use good exterior extension cord. Water tank holder is under one of the bench seats for the kitchen sink. And it drain outside. The stove needs new propane lines in order to work. Cabinets are wood and original. Space on the left of the sink for a small refrigerator like an apartmentt or mini refrigerator. The table lowers down or comes off to make space for the second bed. The total length without the hitch is 13 ft. Width is seven and a half feet. It hooks up to a jack very easily
